Article 1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

The personal information collected by the Company is used for the following purposes.

1. Performance of contracts for service provision and settlement of fees
Provision of content, delivery of goods or invoices, identity verification and purchases, payment processing, and fee collection

2. Member Management
Identity verification for membership services, personal identification, confirmation of intent to register, restriction of registration and number of registrations, verification of legal guardians for users under 14 who joined before this revision and subsequent guardian verification, record retention for dispute resolution, complaint handling, and delivery of notices

3. Use for Marketing and Advertising
Development and specialization of new services (products), provision of services and advertisements based on demographic characteristics, analysis of access frequency, statistics on service usage, and delivery of promotional information such as events (members’ personal information is not provided to individuals or organizations requesting advertisements).

2. When updating personal information, members may voluntarily provide the following information for convenience of service use.
- Address, Phone number (necessary for service operation)

3. During service use, event participation, or other business processes, the following information may be generated and collected.
- Name, real-name verification value, i-PIN number (when using i-PIN verification), gender, date of birth, occupation, company name, address, phone number, service usage records, access logs, cookies, IP address, payment records, records of misuse, user status information, visit date and time

[Collection Methods]
The Company collects personal information through the following methods.

1. Membership registration via the website, bulletin boards, and event participation

2. Voluntary provision by users during service use

Article 3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled.
However, the following information is retained for the specified period for the reasons stated below.

1. Personal information retained upon membership withdrawal
- Items retained: Name, business registration number, ID, email address, mobile phone number, etc. provided by the member
- Reason for retention: Prevention of re-registration by improper users, dispute resolution regarding infringement of rights such as defamation, and cooperation with investigations
- Retention period: 1 year after membership withdrawal

2. If retention is required under relevant laws such as the Commercial Act or the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Company retains member information for the period specified by such laws. In such cases, the Company uses the retained information solely for the purpose of retention, and the retention periods are as follows."
